I am currently in-network with the following insurances:
Aetna
Cigna
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (virtual network)
Optum
UnitedHealthcare
Quest Behavioral Health

I also accept self-pay and out-of-network at a rate of $130 per session
What I offer:
Free Consultation
Before beginning the therapy process, we can schedule a 15-minute phone call. This will involve sharing a bit about myself and answering any of your questions. I will also ask you questions to determine if we can be a good fit therapeutically based on what the concerns are.
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy consists of 45-60-minute sessions where we begin the therapeutic process. Individual outpatient therapy usually starts by meeting 1x/week with the possibility of transitioning to meeting less such as bi-weekly or monthly (which can be discussed between provider and client before doing so).
*Online counseling is sometimes not appropriate for every client. In an online counseling setting, providers will assess for risk and may refer a client to a higher level of care if it is determined they are presenting as a safety risk to themselves or others.
OUT OF NETWORK BILLING

If you are aware of any out-of-network benefits from your insurance coverage, I can offer a superbill with the necessary information for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
