I have experience with a variety of other issues/concerns that may impact an individual's overall mental health in which I can be a support with such as depression, ADHD, sleep, career development, etc.

I provide counseling to individuals, aiding in navigating relationship challenges and fostering healthier connections in any type of romantic or peer relationship. I can also offer a safe space to discuss and explore sexual health/intimacy.

Life Transitions

I can offer guidance through counseling sessions with navigating most life transitions as I know any type of change can be difficult and adjustment periods can take time. I offer a specialty and experience in college transitions.

Self-Exploration

Counseling can support you in embarking on a journey of self-discovery, gaining insight and understanding into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Identity development is a crucial part of growing as an individual and sometimes it can be confusing and difficult. This also includes gaining self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-love.
